Khudroo provides a multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for Odoo ERP system management. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Odoo instance creation and management
  • User access control and authentication
  • Data backup and recovery
  • Technical support

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
  • All activities that occur under their account
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Using the service in accordance with our acceptable use policy

4. Privacy and Data Protection

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may need to suspend service for maintenance or updates.

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in our refund policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Khudroo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will be suspended and your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the service.
