Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

General Guidelines:
Condition of Returns: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
Customized Products: Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale Items: Products purchased during a sale are non-refundable.
Return/Exchange Requests: Normally, once the delivery person leaves, no return or exchange requests will be accepted. For special cases, requests must be raised within 1-2 days of receiving the product and must include a parcel opening video.

Requirement for a Valid Return:

Proof of Purchase: Order number, invoice, etc.
Reason for Return: Must be valid and meet return acceptance conditions.

Delivery of wrong product
Delivery of defective product
Delivery of products with missing parts

Domestic Orders

Cancellation Policy:

Return and Refund Policy for Prepaid Orders:

Damaged or Defective Products: If a product arrives in bad condition or with tampered packaging, refuse the package and contact us on WhatsApp at +8801745990767 with your Order ID. We will issue a replacement at no additional cost. If a defect is found after delivery, contact us immediately with your Order ID and a parcel opening video of the defect for a refund, exchange, or return.
Return Shipping: The customer bears the cost of return shipping.
Refund Amount: Only the product cost will be refunded, not the shipping charges.
Quality Check: Returned products will undergo a quality check by our team.
